We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Ensure safe access to your property for our service providers
  • Pay for services as agreed upon in service contracts
  • Follow safety instructions provided by our technicians
  • Not interfere with or obstruct our service delivery
  • Report any issues or concerns promptly

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.

Service Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and service type. We will provide you with an estimated arrival window and will notify you of any changes.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee

No-Show Policy

If you are not available when our technician arrives, you may be charged a no-show fee. We will attempt to contact you before leaving the premises.
